The Location
You will stay in a private luxury boutique property nestled into the rainforest hills of Costa Rica's Central Pacific Coast.
You will wake to howler monkeys and birdsong. You will take your morning yoga on an open-air jungle platform with the canopy all around you. You will eat meals prepared fresh to order by a full culinary team — gourmet, garden-to-table.
Your accommodation is either a private ocean view villa with panoramic Pacific views or a beautifully appointed affordable garden casita with your own room and bathroom. Every space is impeccably maintained, cleaned daily and stocked with organic locally made bath products.
This is a full-service luxury boutique hotel — with a devoted team whose entire focus for the week is making sure you have everything you need.

Dani Wasson — known to her students as Vani — is a yoga therapist, Ayurveda practitioner, life and wellness coach, author and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of ancient healing and modern life.She knows what it means to build something from nothing — and to do it while healing yourself at the same time.What began as a 1,000-square-foot studio in downtown Fort Wayne is now Pranayoga Institute: a thriving healing arts sanctuary and globally accredited yoga therapy institute that has touched thousands of lives around the world. Dani has spent two decades proving that authentic yoga and Ayurveda can be both deeply sacred and sustainable — as a practice and as a business. She created the Sacred Business Retreat because she has lived every stage of the journey you are on, and wants to support women entreprenuers, yoga teacher and wellness coaches. She knows the calling, the courage it takes to bring your vision to life, and the freedom that becomes possible when you finally do. This retreat is her life's work — distilled into five days in Costa Rica.
