Welcome

It is an honor to walk this path with you.

“Yoga therapy is one of the most meaningful and rewarding professional paths I know. It asks us to study deeply, practice courageously, and learn to meet each person with curiosity rather than assumptions.

At Sattva, you will study yoga therapy and Ayurveda as living systems of healing — through personal practice, experiential training, mentoring, clinical application, and the support of a community that values both depth and ease.”

— Dani Wasson, Founder and Program Director
