Frequently Asked Questions:

Which airport should I fly into — and when should I arrive?

Fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, Costa Rica. This is the main international airport and where your included group transportation departs from.
Please book your arrival flight to land by 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 13th. This allows the group to depart together and arrive at the property in time for our welcome dinner and opening circle. If your flight is slightly delayed, don't worry — your driver will be monitoring all incoming flights.
For departure, book your return flight from SJO on Friday, December 18th. We recommend no earlier than 1pm to allow comfortable time for the approximately 3.5-hour drive back to the airport.

Can I see a sample schedule?

Absolutely. While each day has its own rhythm and theme, here is what a typical retreat/business training day looks like:

7:30 am — Morning yoga on the open-air jungle platform
8:30 am — Gourmet breakfast
10:00 am — Sacred business session (3 hours with a movement break)
1:00 pm — Lunch
2:30 pm — Afternoon free time, excursion or spa
5:00 pm — Sunset flow or meditation
6:30 pm — Dinner

Each of the four training days is anchored in moving from vision and identity on day one through to integration. Arrival day and departure day are intentionally gentle. Full itinerary details are shared with registered guests.

How many guests will attend?

This retreat is intentionally intimate — between 8 and 16 participants plus your host Dani Wasson and her co-facilitator. This is not a conference. It is a close-knit gathering of wellness practitioners who are serious about their work and ready to support one another. Every voice matters

I would love to attend with my partner. Is that possible?

Yes — and we love this. Your partner is an important part of your dharma and your sacred business. The people who love and support us are woven into everything we are building.
Your partner is welcome to join you as a retreat guest, sharing your accommodation and enjoying all meals, the property, excursions and the full Vista Celestial experience — while you focus on the curriculum. Even attending the matermind with you as your support!

Retreat partner pricing:
Premium Ocean View Villa (shared) — $3,500 additional partner rate.
Luxury Garden Villa (shared) — $2,200 additional partner rate.

The primary registrant pays the full retreat rate for their accommodation tier. To arrange this, please email accounts@pranayogainstitute.com and we will send you a payment link and all the details.

What is the cancellation policy?

All retreat registrations are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We strongly encourage every participant to purchase comprehensive travel insurance — including trip cancellation and interruption coverage — at the time of registration. This protects your investment in the event of illness, travel disruption or unexpected life circumstances.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your spot to a friend, colleague or fellow wellness professional. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can welcome your guest and ensure a smooth transition.

Thank you for respecting this policy — it allows us to hold the highest quality experience for everyone who commits to showing up.

What weather can I expect in Uvita in December?

December marks the beginning of Costa Rica's high and dry season on the Central Pacific Coast — widely considered the best time of year to visit.
Expect warm, sunny days with temperatures between 80 and 88°F. The jungle stays lush and green, the ocean is calm and the skies are typically clear for stunning sunsets over the Pacific. You may experience the occasional brief tropical shower, this is the rainforest after all, but extended rain is uncommon in December.
Pack light, breathable layers, quality sun protection and shoes that can handle both jungle trails and beach sand. Full packing guidance is included in your welcome packet after registration.
