A 90-minute Sunday evening with Claudia Hedeen and Joe

A full moon evening, held in two halves.

The first 45 minutes — gentle, therapeutic movement with Claudia. Joint-freeing practices, somatic exploration, breath-led transitions. The kind of yoga that lets your shoulders drop before you know it's happening. Movements designed to soften long-held tension and prepare your body to receive.

The second 45 minutes — sound, with Joe. Breath, tone, vibration, space. Sound waves rippling through body and mind. The thinking mind given permission to step back. A cocoon of sound where visions, insights, and a sense of luminous clarity tend to arise.

Together, the two halves form one arc: movement into stillness, body into spaciousness, doing into being. The full moon does the rest.

You can lie on your mat. You can sit on a chair. You can bring a blanket and not move for the whole second half. Every body, every age, every ability is welcome — props on hand if you need them, and we'll meet you where you are.

When: Sunday September 27th 6-7:30pm

Where: Pranayoga Institute (1027 W Rudisill Blvd. STE 220 Fort Wayne IN 46807-The building with the large arch window on top-second floor/elevator available)

Investment: $35

Bring: A mat, a blanket, and anything that helps you feel held.

Come as you are. Leave restored, connected, and a little closer to the rhythms of nature.

Joe Brothers

Joe Brothers has worked in the manufacturing field since high school and is the proud father of one adult son. At home, he shares life with a playful puppy named Rumi and a small flock of chickens, grounding his days in simplicity and care.

About three years ago, Joe discovered Ayurveda and yoga through Pranayoga—an experience that opened the door to deeper healing practices. His first sound bath was a turning point, sparking an immediate connection to the profound effects of sound and vibration on the nervous system and overall well-being.

Joe went on to complete Sound Massage training in St. Louis at the Center of Sound. He is passionate about sharing sound healing as a powerful avenue for relaxation, release, and restoration, and is dedicated to creating experiences that help others reconnect with ease, presence, and inner calm.

Claudia Hedeen

Claudia always loved a good stretch: the muscles, the schedule – just how much can one person fit into a day? Attending her first yoga course in 1996 just continued the stretching. However, the more she delved into the practice, the more was revealed that yoga is the space lacking in the hectic life she created for herself. Seeking to explore beyond just one branch in the yoga tree brought her to the doors of Pranayoga. Every step revealed the possibilities of incorporating these teachings into the very breath that carries us through the experiences of our lives, however small or overwhelming they may seem. Claudia’s message: to find yourself in the jumble – even if we start one class at a time, hoping it will expand and stretch across each aspect of life.
