This program is for anyone who has the desire to dig deeper and be happier, who has been practicing yoga for a minimum of 6 months consistently. We offer the most supportive, holistic, and informative 6 month teacher training around. We have had ages 16-65 complete our 200 hour foundations program.
Upon completion of the teacher training program:
- Your personal practice of yoga will have deepened.
- You will be qualified to register with the yoga alliance at the 200hr level.
- You will understand the philosophy and wisdom of yogic study that many programs skip over
- You will have the ability to confidently stand up in front of students and hold a safe, meaningful, and beneficial Hatha 1 and All-Levels yoga class. Although foundational programs are more about deepening our own practice and relationship to ourselves, each other, and the world, it has been a launching pad for over 95% of our graduates to begin teaching yoga, and others have evolved into yoga studio owners, workshop leaders, and assisting our teacher trainings. This foundational knowledge runs deeper than the physical practice of yoga and can be taken into all aspects of living.

Owner, Yoga Teacher & Yoga Therapist
E-RYT500, IAYT, NFPT
Kelli began her yoga journey in the Summer of 2016 after finding herself at a crossroads in life where her current lifestyle wasn’t serving her any longer. Trying to find the right path to “fix” herself led to seeking many sorts of treatment and therapy, but the growth was only ever temporary. Yoga became that missing pillar to keep positive growth a lifelong journey. It didn’t take long to realize that yoga wasn’t just a daily hobby, but also where her career was meant to be.
She has a passion for helping others find their path in the world by using yoga as a tool to help them heal and grow. A tool she uses as Admissions Director, to help each student find their own path within our teacher training program. She is also a teacher trainer for the Pranayoga Institute’s 200 Hour Foundations teacher training.
When you aren’t having an onboarding call with her or taking class from her, you might also see her as a fellow student in our Yoga Therapy Program.
Jenny started yoga for her daughter in 2010 but stayed for herself. This is when powerful healing began to transform her body, mind, and spirit, not necessarily in that order. Through a regular asana and sitting practice, studying with phenomenal teachers and soaking in the love of the beautiful yoga community, she has begun to discover a quieter mind. She became RYT 200 certified through Prana School of Yoga and Health in 2012 as well as Thai Massage from Thai Body Work in 2012. She became ERYT 500 certified in 2015, and a Certified International Yoga Therapist in 2017. As a teacher, she sees each student as whole. She strives to create a supportive environment in which each student can safely experiment in uncovering the beauty and joy that reside within the heart of each of us. This support can include traditional yoga therapy, massage therapy, and a synergistic blend of the two. She is a perpetual student and is furthering her yogic and massage studies on the pelvic floor and myofascial release.
