Private Sessions and Corporations

 

Private sessions are ideal for those students wishing to gain personal direction and guidance, deepening their yoga practice with one on one attention from the teacher of their choice.

Private Sessions

$65.00/hr

Whether you are a beginner, or an advanced student, a 1-on-1 private session is right for you. In the guiding hands of one of our certified teachers, you can work toward overcoming any fears or blockages that may be holding you back. The private session is tailored to fit the needs of each student, so beginner can work on the fundamentals and more experienced students can work on specific needs. such as the fundamentals of yoga, specific asana alignment to reduce injuries, advancement of practice, questions on yogic philosophy, and much more. Our privates end with 15 minutes of Deep Relaxation with Aromatherapy Treatment.

The teacher's hands almost never seem to leave your body as they skillfully make minor or major adjustments to the physical practice. Whether sitting, standing or in a flow you are led with grace and stability. Trust and surrender and break through  psychological blockages preventing you from experiencing bliss in each asana. Viniyoga Private Session

In Viniyoga we emphasize the function rather than form in asana practice, we adapt the forms of the postures to achieve different results and we use breath as the medium for movement. We also adapt the pattern of breathing in asana to produce different energetic effects. The specific sequencing of the asana is designed to suit the intention and context of each practice. In this 60 minute session, the practice is catered to your breathing patterns and the asana practice that most fully integrates your present physical and emotional status. Anita Theart, RYT500 certified yoga instructor, has a deep respect for the ancient teachings of this practice and is inspired to transfer these teachings with the highest possible integrity.

Yogastrology Private Session

Yogastrology uses traditional, ancient associations of the zodiac signs to the body, expressions of that celestial energy, and hatha yoga (the practice of attuning to the sun and the moon) to create an empowering and illuminating practice to the inner world. This 60 minute session is intended to be a tool to awaken awareness within, to allow the embodiment to lead us to deeper knowledge and awareness of ourselves, others, our environments, our practices, and our intentions.

Nicole is trained in Shambala Meditation, teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga with a RYT 200 hr from Pranayoga, certified in Yogastrology with Diane Booth Gilliam (founder of Yogastrology) and is currently a practicing astrologer under the guidance of Diane.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is a healing art of awareness, breath, and movement. Dani McGuire is the only yoga therapist in the area and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Dani has helped numerous students get relief from pain and anxiety. Yoga therapy helps the systems regain balance and vitality. Dani will meet you wherever you are today and using gentle asana, guided imagery, and breathing practice gain relief from pain or illness. Find out more here.

Life Coaching

Highly complementary to yoga philosophy, coaching is a service that gives students personalized guidance and support into bringing awareness into their lives. Coaching shares the yoga perspective that happiness can only come from within and our life coaching program will help to uncover that joy. The mind, body, spirit connection shouldn't end when you leave the yoga mat. Dani's program will help you begin to incorporate balance into your daily lives, unleashing old habitual ways of thinking that are keeping you from fulfilling your goals, dreams, and highest potential. Lifestyle coaching is different from therapy and counseling in that it is for emotionally healthy individuals, that have hit a road block on their path, and need an alternative way of looking at things, or getting out of old unconscious ways of living. We will look at awareness, intention, and personal power to carry through your goals and dreams.

Our school's principle training program is Calm Classroom. Our program also includes creative movement, reading to improve literacy, and ethics for respecting ourselves and others.
