Our founder and yoga therapist Dani McGuire(Vani) will work with you on yoga postures and breathing techniques to help prepare you for a meditation practice and relaxation response.
Each session will build upon the next, however our beginner series are ongoing so if you miss a class you can make it up at a later time.
