Learn the Fundamentals of Yoga in a nurturing and relaxing environment with other beginners. Or simply “go back to basics.” Join the program recommended by health care professionals for body mind balance. Our 500 hour holistic yoga teachers will work with you on alignment and breath to learn the essential poses that are the foundation of any yoga practice, so that you can confidently and safely enter group classes.  Each session will build upon the next, however this series is ongoing so if you miss a class you can make it up at a later time.

Class 2: Alignment Principals-Endurance and Strength-Standing Poses
Class 3: Grounding and Energizing Practice-Forward Folds and Heart Openers
Class 4: Twists, Inversions, and Balance
Class 5: Home Practice and Living Your Yoga
