The Pranayoga environment is one that is to meet you where you are. We have over 60 classes per week and a dozen teachers and diverse yoga styles. One of the best ways to try us out is to meet with a yoga advisor for a free consultation so that we can navigate you to the places that serve in meeting your goals. All of our classes and teachers have the common thread of holding a safe, supportive place to explore mind, body and spirit. We recommend the following classes and workshops for those newer to yoga:
A fun workshop held throughout the year allows those new to yoga to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a nurturing and relaxing environment. Need to miss a week. No problem! Get a voucher from the class missed and join us that week during the next workshop. These are held 4 times a year at each location.

Led by Jenny Young, this 4 week series incorporates guided meditation, pranayama (breath work), and some chanting. We will explore practices such as Tratak, Visualization, Mantra, and Mindfulness meditations to cultivate a practice you can bring home and access any time (during the family homecomings, hustle and bustle of holiday mayhem etc.)
Vinyasa flow emerges from Ashtanga yoga established by Master teacher Pattabhi Jois. In this series we focus on what is commonly known as the Primary Series, or first series, and learn the foundation of Ashtanga Yoga during this 5 week series class. By the end of the 5 weeks students will understand the entire primary series in the Ashtanga Sequence. They will be introduced to breathe (pranayama), sun salutations, the standing sequence and seated and supine poses (asanas). This class is designed for students new to VInyasa or Ashtanga yoga and is the foundation for a safe and mindful practice, and beginning to developing a home practice.
A 75 minute private session where focus is on the fundamentals of yoga and alignment in the postures. Perfect for beginners before entering a group class. Bring a friend for just $10.00 more!
