Himalayan Salt Massage: Himalayan salt stone are warmed then applied in a Swedish style massage. Benefits include reducing the acidity of the skin while replenishing and nourishing skin and body with 84 mineral. The soothing stones lightly exfoliates the skin while deeply relaxing the body. There are no chemical and the stones are good for you and the earth. $75 for 60 minutes
Massage and Trigger Point Release Self-Care Educational Sessions: Many times the physical origin of pain is in a different location than where you feel the pain. For example low back pain can be caused by trigger points in the abdomen, calves, hips, buttocks or spine. In this session, the therapist will work with you to determine where the primary trigger points are located and offer education on deactivating the trigger points through self-massage. $75 for 60 minutes

Ayurvedic Abhyanga (Oil) Massage: Abhyanga is a form of Ayurvedic medicine that involves massage of the body with dosha-specific warm herb infused oils. The oil is lavished over the body in rhythmic pattern that stimulate lymph movement, nourishes the skin and pampers the joints. If this is combined with an Ayurveda Consultation, the massage therapist will used the oil suggested from that consult. This oil will saturate the skin. Without the ayurvedic consult, the therapist will utilize a tri-doshic oil. $108 for 60 minutes.
The healing art of Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient and sacred system of healing with roots in Yoga, Ayurvedic Medicine, and Buddhist spiritual practice. It is a unique and powerful system of Yoga Therapy, which combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, asana (Yogic stretching exercises), gentle twisting, energy work and meditation. Are you interested in taking the healing power of Thai massage home? Schedule with two or more people and our Thai will teach you techniques to balance the body and mind. This is perfect for couples, parent and child or just friends. 2 hour session.
Massage + Yoga Therapy
Many of chronic aches and pains arise from habit patterns that will reappear after getting off the massage table. In this six session package, a therapist licensed in massage and certified Yoga Therapist will combine the healing art of both Yoga Therapy and Massage to work towards resolving the underlying pattern that manifests as pain. This will include assessment session, table or mat time and home practice sessions.
Initial Session $120 for 90 minutes
Subsequent Sessions: $85 for 60 minutes
