Therapeutic Massage

This therapeutic massage concentrates relaxation and releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through long quick strokes and rolling pressure on tensed areas. It improves circulation and relaxation, leaving you in a state of bliss.


Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes $65

Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia (connective tissue surrounding the joints) and tendons. The goal in deep tissue massage is to breakdown adhesions (tense areas within the muscle) to help reduce pain, inflammation and restore range of motion to muscles and joints. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.


Prenatal Restore Massage

50 minutes $65

This relaxing massage for two nurtures both the mother and child. Ease discomforts associated with pregnancy such as pressure, swelling, and an aching back.  Extra care and attention are given to your comfort, and stage of pregnancy. Please let us know the number of weeks of your pregnancy when scheduling.


Reiki with Anita

60 minutes $65

Reiki, also known as Universal Life Force, is a method of laying the hands on various centers of the body to stimulate energy body function. Reiki can be used to bring about positive changes in many areas of a client’s life including physical, mental and emotional healing. Reiki has the effect of balancing the energy body and the energy centers to bring about these effects of self-healing. The practitioner acts as a conduit for universal life energy and transmits that energy through direct contact with the client.

  • Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment, to allow yourself time to relax and prepare for your spa experience.
  • All new clients will be asked to complete a client information form.
  • Be sure to drink plenty of water following your massage.
  • We encourage you to discuss your preferences and goals, and any medical or physical considerations with your therapist so that your treatment thoroughly and safely meets your expectations.
