This all-encompassing program gives you the support you need to start off the new year right!! Our qualified team can help you lose weight, tone up, and feel better with the New Year, New You program. You will be on your way to a more physical and spiritual new you!
This 4 week program includes:
- Body Fat Analysis, Circumference Measurements, Height/Weight for BMI at the beginning and end of program
- 1 Personal Exercise Planning session (to create an individualized Exercise at-home program to fit your schedule) ~ 60-90 minute Session
- 1 Personal Nutrition Training session (to create an individualized Nutrition at-home program) ~ 60-90 minute Session
- 1x/week for 4 weeks of 1-on-1 personal training sessions ~45-60 minute/session
- 4 yoga class passes ~60 minute/session
- Weekly Exercise Logs to turn in for feedback
- Weekly Nutritional Logs to turn in for feedback
- Health Coaching to address personal goals and establish values

Personal Fitness Training
Our 1-on-1 personal fitness training program is designed to provide you with an individualized program based on your needs and wants. It is designed to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
If you purchase a package, each package comes with body fat assessment, circumference measurements, and BMI calculations.
Personal Training Includes:
-Professional assistance in improving your goals in the areas of strength, endurance, and/or flexibility
-An individualized strength or cardio fitness program designed specially for you
-An efficient workout with innovative ways to improve your health
-Instruction on correct form and technique for cardiovascular exercise and strength training
6 sessions for $360.00 ($60.00 each)
12 sessions for $660.00 ($55.00 each)
24 sessions for 1200.00($50.00 each)
Semi-Privates (each additional person just 10.00)
Bridal Bootcamp is geared towards the bride who not only wants to look fabulous in her wedding dress, but also have the energy and confidence to tackle all of her wedding obligations. The bridal party is welcomed too!
Bridal Bootcamp is a 6 week program with workouts 2x per week
Cost: $65/session + $10/ea bridesmaid
Grocery shopping can be a daunting task but it doesn't need to be if you have the information you need to get in and out of there quickly. A grocery shopping tour can be scheduled for any grocery store in the Fort Wayne or surrounding areas. It can be for 1 person or a small group. The information and shopping experience is invaluable!
A grocery shopping tour will include:
-Making better food choices
-How to read a nutrition label
-Understanding the ingredient list
-Healthy, Quick options to pick
-Meal Planning tips
-Catching the sneaky marketing schemes on packages

About our trainer: Kristen Ruble, MA, BSPH, CHES, ACSM – CPT, CWC
PranaYoga School of Yoga and Holistic Health Welcomes Kristen as Director of Fitness and Nutrition Kristen has spent the majority of her life living in Florida and has just relocated to Indiana. She has been in the field of wellness since 2005. She has a Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Public Health and a Masters degree from the University of Alabama in Health Education and Promotion. Kristen is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer, and Wellcoaches Corporation Certified Wellcoach.
During Kristen’s college years, she swam competitively and played water polo. Since then she has transitioned into endurance sports including triathlon and long distance cycling. Kristen has competed in Ironman triathlons, Half-Ironmans, and the 3000-mile bicycle race from Oceanside, California to Annapolis, Maryland, called Race Across America. She continues to train for triathlon and overall fitness.
Kristen also works with her husband, who is a Professional Triathlete and Triathlon Coach. She assists him in developing athlete’s swim technique for a more energy efficient open water swim. Having Zach as a husband helps sharpen her skills as a trainer and increases the knowledge of sport that she has to share with others.
Kristen continues to work largely in the capacity as a Fitness Specialist for Johnson & Johnson’s Human Performance Institute. She travels nationally and internationally to deliver programs on energy management and lifestyle change. The program is directed to high level executives and she helps to deliver the fitness portion of their program. She has worked closely with executives from companies such as Bayer, Nestle Purina, Victoria’s Secret, Intel, ExxonMobil, John Deere, GSK, and Huntington Bank, just to name a few. Along with this work, Kristen still works as a contractor for Cigna as a Health Educator to deliver presentations on health, such as heart disease, weight management, sleep, sun safety, exercise, etc.
Along with working for PranaYoga, Kristen brings a program to the Fort Wayne area called CHIP with her company, Live Healthy Hoosiers. The health intervention program is called the Complete Health Improvement Program and it is an evidence-based health intervention program to help people prevent, arrest, and/or reverse chronic illness that plagues Americans today! She has partnered with Manchester University’s College of Pharmacy to produce a study to show results of the program.
