Teacher Training Information Day
May 2, 12-2pm
Dani will teach a free yoga basics/fundamentals class followed by refreshments and information regarding the Teacher Training 2010 beginning in June.
Join us for our next Community Yoga Day, Saturday, May 15, from 3-4pm. Community Yoga Days are held the third Saturday of every month from 3-4pm. This is a FREE All-Levels yoga class. Ages 9-99 welcome! Enjoy community, a delicious treat, and practice a little yoga too.

Join teacher Dani McGuire, E-RYT 200, to learn the Fundamentals of Yoga in a nurturing and relaxing environment. Work with alignment and breath to learn the essential poses that are the foundation of any yoga practice.
Yoga 101 is a 6 week workshop.
Class 1:Introduction to Yoga + Flow
Class 2: Alignment principals
Class 3: Endurance and Strength-Standing Poses Class 4: Grounding and Energizing Practice-Forward Folds and Heart Openers
Class 5: Twists, Inversions, and Balance
Class 6: Chakras, Chanting, Meditation, and more

Prenatal Yoga Workshop
March 28 – May 9
Wednesdays, 11-12pm and Sundays, 1-2pm
Prenatal yoga provides the strength and relaxation benefits of yoga, as well as a chance to nurture yourself, while bonding with the life inside of you.
The special selection of postures, are designed to prepare the body for changes that occur before, during, and even after labor. Prenatal yoga can help support the birthing process through breathing techniques and strength and stamina obtained through the practice.
One visit per week for 6 weeks: $65.00
Two visits per week for 6 weeks: $115.00

Pranayoga School of Yoga and Health’s teacher training course (YTT) is a comprehensive introduction to the art and science of yoga. Our program is recognized by the Yoga Alliance and meets and exceeds their requirements for RYT200 certification. Graduates receive certification as Yoga Teachers and will be eligible for National Yoga Alliance Teacher Registry. Our program offers a safe and healing space for your own personal practice to deepen your personal study and practice of yoga. You will have a deeper sense of your physical body through daily asana practice as well as inner self discovery. We will teach you all the tools to understand and explain the benefits of yoga through asana, breathing practices and yogic philosophy.
