A 90-minute initial yoga therapy session is provided to review all symptoms, goals, and daily habits. From this initial consult, a plan is formulated between the care-seeker and yoga therapists. Follow-up appointments provide yoga therapies such as meditation, breathing practices, somatic movement, and spiritual counseling, all based on the individual goals of the care seeker.
